Privacy
The short version: we collect the email you give us to join the waitlist so we can tell you when access opens. We do not sell it, and we never touch your call audio.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. When you submit the form on this site, we store the email address you enter, plus the timestamp and page it came from.
- Nothing else from the landing. We do not require an account, and there is no login or payment on this site.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about VoiceGateway: to let you know when beta access is available and, occasionally, related product updates. That is the entire purpose.
Where it is stored, and who sees it
Waitlist emails are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and are visible only to the VoiceGateway team. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your call audio
VoiceGateway is an observability layer. It records per-request cost and latency telemetry, not your conversations. We never store or process the live audio of your voice agents. When you self-host the open-source engine, that telemetry stays on your own infrastructure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, or delete, the data we hold about you at any time. Email mahi@mahimai.ca and we will remove your waitlist entry promptly.
